 At Piramit İplik, the entire production process—from fiber selection to winding—is carried out with integrated quality control systems, cutting-edge machinery, and an experienced technical team. Only polyester staple fibers that meet specific criteria for length, fineness, strength, and elasticity are approved for production. Throughout the opening, blending, carding, and drawing stages, advanced equipment ensures stability and homogeneity at every step. CV% and USTER values are continuously monitored, and automatic regulation systems guarantee consistent sliver quality.

High-Performance Synthetic Yarns

During the roving stage, balanced rovings are produced using low-vibration motors, preparing the ideal foundation for ring spinning. In the ring spinning process, twist, drafting, and winding parameters are electronically controlled to achieve the desired strength and uniformity. With USTER Quantum Clearer systems, thick, thin, and knotted sections are automatically removed, and bobbin structure is standardized. Each bobbin reflects our commitment to producing durable, homogeneous, and high-performance yarns with minimal variation.

Customer-Focused Continuous Improvement

Prior to shipment, samples are tested in our quality control laboratory for strength, elasticity, and key yarn characteristics. The results are documented and shared with the customer.
